Among her tips:

  • Develop a Personal Learning Network (PLN) on Twitter.
  • Take charge of professional development.
  • Involve parents by creating a link between home and school.
  • Find educational blogs to discover new ideas, encouragement, and educational news.
  • Don’t reinvent the wheel.
